The manager told me the parts didn't fit and that the mechanics had replaced them with "rubber spacers" without asking me. That's dishonest and unprofessional. I spent over $3,500 and lost several weekends due to their mistakes. They refused to take full responsibility or refund me for the parts I paid for. I do not recommend this shop at all. Later, I found out those springs were actually used parts from a scrap yard and were already worn out. Now I have to spend another $195 to buy the correct, new springs myself.
