During the movie, I had to leave the theater several times, missing parts of the movie, to go to the counter to get a different hearing device. I subsequently notified the manager in November of the problem, through their website. When I did not get a reply, I resubmitted my notification of the problem again about 2 1/2 weeks later. Now, after almost two more weeks, I still have not received a response. I prefer to not do business at this theater in the future, as they are not very concerned about customer satisfaction. It is rude to repeatedly ignore communications from their customers.

They always meet you with a smile and they don't rip you off with outrageous prices for candy snd snacks. Whatever happened the night the other gentleman in the earlier review experienced, is not the norm by any means. My philosophy, if you don't say something while you're there, you are a coward to slam them online after the fact. A kind mention that their voices were carrying into the theatre would put an end to it in a flash. No bitching rights allowed if your too scared to speak to them face to face.

What I did mind was the ticket takers talking in the lobby the ENTIRE movie. It was so distracting! To make it worse, apparently the owners or employees brought a toddler to work, who was screaming and running around the lobby during the entire movie. I was so close to telling them to kindly shut the ____ up, but Minnesota Nice & all, I'll be passive aggressive and leave them a bad Yelp review. Be professional and more considerate!

The snacks here are expensive, but the popcorn is worth it and the larges allow a refill that we usually took home as one huge thing of popcorn is more than enough to get a person or two maybe even three through a 90 minute movie. I'm also really sick of seeing the owner push himself in ads before every movie, trying to stay relevant and act "cool." Dude you're an elderly nobody who happens to be a narcissist. If there were any other options in the St Cloud area I'd never come back to this trash heap. Thankfully it's affordable when you bring in your own food and drink.

While the theaters aren't super "state of the art" or anything, the seats are very comfortable and the projection quality is good. Overall, this is a pretty great place for an outing to the movies.

Bad : Very high prices for a small town theater, senior discount is only valid during short windows on certain days (call ahead). If it was a freebee I wouldn't gripe but when I pay $3.25 MORE for a ticket and $2 more for a large popcorn than at another nearby theater which has less than 1/2 the commercials I expect NO commercials. I won't be going there again.

They told us it's private property they can make up any rules for themselves. We told them we placed online orders and they instantly had disgusted faces. I really love watching new release movies from the comfort of my own vehicle where we can laugh and chat without disturbing others. I really appreciate how they've landscaped the ground so that the vehicles are tilted upwards and we can have great views while comfortably laid back in our seats. It's not luxurious, but it's low cost and good wholesome fun. When we went, it was $9 per adult for 2 movies. They have 2 different screens so it's nice to have options. The snacks are also low cost, but I was disappointed in the quality of the cheeseburgers and mini donuts quality. So, we just bring our own meals and snacks. The bathrooms in the concessions building are clean but are old and full of rust stains. However, it's still better than the portable toilets.
