Pockets and platen glued down flat and tight. Had to run a dinner knife down into the pockets to unstick and open them up. Did not complain - the lady who had taken my shirts and instructions a week prior was very curt when I asked why, since they do the cleaning in-store, it would take over a week to dry clean them. She became short and defensive when I related how, in college many years ago, I had worked for a cleaning store called "One Hour Martinizing" (probably nonexistent now), so I knew it was possible to dry clean garments in less than 7+ days. I take my clothes elsewhere now.

The only good part of this place was that the other people dong laundry were very friendly. I would not recommend this laundromat to anyone who is traveling like us. I wouldn't even give it 1 star but it made me to be able to continue this rating. Not only was it without an attendant but the dryer we "tried" to use took $4.25 out of the $5.00 we had to put in it to use it to turn it on and then jammed and would no longer accept any money but kept the money we did put in.
