They initially scheduled a repair for March 18. On March 10, they suddenly send a message that the repairman will be there in 10 minutes. We inform them that we're not available, and they tell us that March 18 isn't available anymore. Fine - we reschedule an appointment for March 30. On March 30, no one shows up, and no sends a message saying they're not coming. After calling about five times, I finally get a call back, and they book us a new appointment for April 24. Then, on April 9, another message saying the repairman will be there in 10 minutes. This has been absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.

Well he quoted a price and said they would come to my house and fix it , I set a date and was expecting to see them in a week. Well the worker came (not Jeff) and the guy (Thomas -who was nice) drove up in a car (unexpected) and got out Thomas stated that he wasn't sure what the job was and it must of been a miss communication because he can glue and drive some screws in but nothing like this that needed to be fixed,he didn't do major repairs , he was expecting something completely different and well frankly so was I . So what I'm telling you is ... if you need a couch leg to be tighten or something simple , that's fine go with company. The Owner Jeff should of just stated that he was sending someone , and that the company only does simple repairs and maybe some cleaning . Beware he's gonna charge you $275 for a simple repair, maybe some wood putty in a crack . They just do simple things because if I would of know and if he would of been honest and actually looked at my pictures I sent him I wouldn't of had to send his worker out to my house!!! Oh btw he charged me $50 dollars for his worker coming out just to be sent away, Shame on this business!!!

I was told by the staff, they were wondering who that seat belonged to, apparently, they lost my order. I re-gave them the information, and they said it would be ready by that Friday (3 days away). It was not ready until Monday however. they did give me a 20% discount. 2 weeks ago, I stopped by to get the backrest reupholstered to match my seats, they said it would be ready in a week. a week later, I stopped by to check the progress. it was at the other shop they have (don't know where that is). They said it was finished, and that they would get it over to the Ocean Springs Shop the next day (Saturday). I was unable to get by Saturday to pick it up, but got there that Monday. Again, it was not at the shop, the employee called the boss who confirmed over the phone it was still at the other shop, finished, and he would get it over by the next day. The next day, I stopped by and the backrest was there at the OS shop, UNFINISHED. They were still working on a piece of it. It was the next day before I was able to get it. The work is good, it is how slow and the lying, especially the lying, that rubbed me badly.
