But when I spot the bartenders of Cordial and Craft as I approach a wedding reception I'm ready to high five everyone within a 30 foot radius. If we hadn't stepped in and handled planning ourselves, our wedding would have suffered. Heather, the owner, was often unresponsive and difficult to reach. Despite advertising "constant communication with the bride," we struggled to get timely responses during the final month before our wedding, when support matters most. Although we hired Timeless Events to help with planning and coordination, we ended up sourcing every vendor on our own. We were also repeatedly told our deposit would be refunded due to the lack of services provided, but that refund never happened. Only after we canceled did Heather explain she had been dealing with health issues. Had this been communicated earlier, we would have been understanding. Instead, the lack of transparency left us scrambling and under unnecessary stress. This experience did not meet the expectations set by their marketing or contract. We've chosen not to pursue remediation and are focusing on moving forward. We strongly caution future couples, especially nontraditional ones, to carefully consider their options before booking Timeless Events.
