A friend told me that this was the best panini restaurant in Varese. After eating a Cipolatta panino consisting of bresaola meat , onions and salsa rosa on two perfectly grilled, freshly cut pieces of bread, I AGREE! There are no tables but there are counter to stand as you dine, this is an excellent choice for a quick lunch for 6€ if you have a bottle of water too. Beer is on tap if you are so inclined. read more

Whenever i go back to Varese a stop at Golden Egg is an absolute must. They make the most amazing sandwiches i've ever had. Be it after a night drinking or for a quick lunch during the week it's always a good time to visit Golden Egg. Staff is a bit "meh" but they serve you quickly and sometimes chat to you if they feel like it :D Order a Palmito and you won't regret it! read more
