I did not divorce due to the fact I had no family support and my children were young. Then, my father passed. My family in another state purposely did not make me aware of my Dad's failing health or his passing dues to their financial gain. I reached out to Andrew after my Estate attorneys were not advocating for me. He helped me stabilize representation with my 3rd set of attorneys. (All I needed was the 1040/1041). He knew my husband was involved with the estate case and not wanting the kids and I have what we were intitled to. I was afraid but, he encouraged me to take on both cases with his help. Once I started the divorce, he informed me he had COVID and could not help me with my cases passing me off to an unfamiliar female attorney in his office. And the chaos began. My husband has 2 DV arrest and 2 OP's. I never spoke to Andrew about my case. Four months into the 2nd OP, I was told our family would be evaluated and I would have to give 50/50 custody to my husband. I was in shock and overwhelmed with such chaos. Later I was lied to and told the GAL suggested the evaluation. When I discovered it was my embezzling family that "influenced" my divorce attorneys at DF and they needed the evaluation to close the estate. I located new representation. DF withdrew and filed a petition for remaining funds (still unpaid). My new attorney answered the response to the petition. I was not given the opportunity to answer my response. I have been through a dozen attorney's with both cases. (That's a lot of "influence" from my husband and embezzling family).The only thing that stopped my children and I from going through an evaluation was my husband's pornography. The pornography (likely underage) was never wanted by my attorneys or mentioned in court and looks like not properly investigated by authorities. After leaving DF, Andrew's response to the estate is, "I have no idea what you are talking about". I am an advocate for women in support groups. I should receive restitution for the traumatic and poor representation. My embezzling family and husband are trying to keep me silent due to the unethical "influence" and stress they have created during the divorce process.
