I signed up and paid for 10 classes over three months, but after attending three, I realized I wouldn't be physically present in Hamburg for the remaining sessions. When I reached out to request a refund for the unused classes, I was told that they wouldn't provide one.
The main issue was that their refund policy was never communicated at the time of purchase. Instead of handling the situation professionally, they shifted the responsibility onto me as the customer, which felt both unprofessional and rude. Rather than addressing my concerns fairly, they accused me of being at fault for not knowing their unmentioned policies.
