This receptionist cannot tell you if they can make appointments and leave you on hold for another 20 min. When you tell them the issue you're having, and that you just want to schedule an appointment, they give attitude about how you "must speak to a nurse"... so Reception cannot tell you if they even have appointments available? Terrible service and honestly would avoid. I'd rather go to Urgent Care. Upon reading other google and yelp reviews, they seem to be having "phone issues" that go back a few years. Maybe they need a new staff because the front desk doesn't want to help you. They'll throw you on hold until a nurse can schedule your appointments....

Spent two hours at an appointment that I made specifically for a meditation. The doctor had never sent in my medication from my appointment that was in March and now June 5th they are telling me it's going to take 2-3 days to be approved when I should've had it back in March. Would never waste your time or money going to joke of place.

Deceptive so they can overcharge - call themselves Urgent Care, bill as a hospital…read more I recommend avoiding this place. While the sign outside says Urgent Care, they will bill you as a hospital - which generally has a higher copay. We went there for X-rays because my insurance says that there is a certain copay for X-rays at an urgent care. When we get the bill, we find that it was billed as a hospital out patient visit - costing a lot more! This is flat out deceptive! They put huge signs up saying "Urgent Care" when they are not that. I hate it when people decieve me inorder to make money. There is another Urgent Care over on 272 near the CVS. I'd recommend going there instead.

BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL…read more My son was supposed to be covered under my mothers insurance for the first 30 days of his life. They NEVER sent me ANY bills that were apparently not taken care of by her insurance. One of the bills was never even sent to my mothers insurance. My son was born in May, it is now OCTOBER and they sent this letter to me. This is BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL to word something this way. We are in contact with the insurance company to get it figured out, but to get a letter that starts off with THIS??! Totally unbelievable and downright rude. I didn't have a true problem with this practice until now. We left because they didn't accept the insurance my son is on, but if I was still there I would be leaving after this. Edit to add: Just discovered a $150 lactation consultant bill when I did NOT ask to meet with the consultants at our initial visit. I was TOLD "the lactation consultant will come in and speak with you about things before you leave" and that was it. was not told i'd be charged, and I didn't ask to speak with them.

Now that that is out of the way...as personable, friendly, and easy to communicate with as the physicians are, the front end and telephone support staff are unhelpful, unimaginative, uncaring, and very much like to only stay in their box and stick to their script. The silence after asking if a doctor has seen something important that shouldn't be left to just an email into the ether is deafening. The way they don't even try to offer any solutions to issue, or any type of resolution is are bare minimum as it can get.
