I saw my Sis was enamored by three azurite pieces (pendant w/ earrings) & me a beautiful Campbellite set ot three. My Sis would soon be heading to Kuwait & wanted to get her a personal gift. I talked to the owners as soon as she was out of ear shot. Jesse & Mike create one of a kind pieces, often with locally mined minerals. I asked Mike to wrap the Azurite in silver & the Campbellite in rose gold. When I traveled back to Bisbee to pick up the jewelry, I found both wrapped in silver. I couldn't locate the business card the details of the deal were written on, so this very well could've been a mix up on my part. Either way, Mike quickly removed the silver from the Cambellite pieces & wrapped them in rose gold while I enjoyed some Bisbee Coffee Company brew. I mailed the Azurite set to my Sis in Kuwait & she was thoroughly surprised & thrilled with the custom pieces. I felt the prices were well worth the quality & workmanship. Highly recommend!

Gayla at Gloria's Jewelry and Gemstone on Main Street in Bisbee had the PERFECT most beautiful matching Blue Spider Web Bisbee turquoise Navajo pendant and bracelet cuff!!! I sold two large turquoise Navajo cuffs and matching pendant made by Arnold and Karlene Goodluck, and one cuff was made by Rebecca Goodluck, Arnold's Mom to Gilbert Ortega, Old Town Scottsdale, and I am still emotional about it because I had met them often at Red Rock Trading Post, Chandler Fashion Mall years ago. The money allowed me to buy the Bisbee turquoise and I now have Wow! Jewelry again, because the Bisbee mines are closed. They came from a certain shaft in the mine and are beautiful!!! Terrible experience here! Staff won't call back after leaving many voice messages. I bought a…read more$19.99 Farmhouse sign. The cashier wrote a receipt on a generic yellow receipt book that says TSH Farmhouse sign $19.99 + tax $1.92 total $21.91, that is correct. It has a receipt number and says retain for your records. The cashier never gave me the printed receipt from the register. My charge card was charged a total of $219.09 which is $199.90 + 19.19 tax. Obviously the cashier added a zero at the end of $19.99. Nothing is EVER priced with a dollar amount and .90 cents at ANY STORE. Mistake or on purpose? I don't know. but why not cross reference the receipt number that I was given with the odd charge of $199.90 on the printout cash register? Of course I put in a dispute with my charge card company but Miners and Merchants refuse to admit they made a BIG mistake! I will not give up, no store has the right to STEAL from a customer and then lie about it! I still have the Attorney General's office and the BBB to get in touch with about these thieves. Receipt attached.
