Gold Coast is the Rolls Royce of Real Estate Schools. I am glad I choose them for the beginning of my future career in the real estate industry. The Lantana location is convenient, clean and helpful. I took the seven day intense 63 hours real estate associate class. First, it is intense. You are given all the information in a precise and concise manner. They give you the right information and help. Now let us talk about the instructor...I had the great pleasure to have Mr. Ray Clemente as my teacher. I should say our class did. He is motivating, encouraging, well versed and makes the long and tough days enjoyable. Who would have thought. Now don't get me wrong it was a difficult seven days but Ray keep us engaged and information coming. Ray is smart, funny and probably the best teacher for anyone. His knowledge is extensive and he helps at all points. I don't think I could have gotten all information in without Ray. Ray you are to be commended for a job well done. A+ Ray Clemente is an amazing teacher. He covers the material with enthusiasm and great charisma. He answers questions readily and still keeps the class on track. His knowledge of the material is very clear. I've taken many courses while living in California and many of them were led by lack-luster instructors who were doing the absolute minimum requirements of "teaching". Having Ray as an instructor was a great experience. I failed the test the first time because I didn't listen to him and follow his instructions about homework, flashcards, practice quizzes, etc. This time I did exactly as he instructed and I'm very very happy with the results. Additionally the front office staff members are friendly, engaging and attentive. A+ for them as well. On a final note. When taking the in class survey I don't think I have a fair rating to the building/classroom. I'd like to retract that. The more I think about it I realize it's far and away better than so many classrooms with broken drop ceiling sections, flickering or Mia matching lights and outdated or malfunctioning equipment. It has recently come to my attention that many of my students have posted reviews stating they had an excellent experience at Gold Coast Schools particularly at the Lantana location. I am one of many of the instructors at Gold Coast Schools who cares about the students and takes great pride in my-work. I am quite baffled as to why there is only one two year old complaint shown on the Yelp website and that Yelp does not show any of the seven reviews raving how great an experience the customers had while attending. The Old post is not a true indicator of the instructors nor the school today. It would be greatly appreciated if you would post the the seven more current reviews that are now hidden. I would HIGHLY recommend Gold Coast to anyone looking to get started in Real Estate. I took the 1 Week Course with Ray Clemente in Lantana. I couldn't have asked for a better teacher. He clearly knew what he was talking about and was very thorough in his lectures. We would go over power point slides of each chapter and then he would have us highlight important lines in each chapter AFTER he went over them. Ultimately the highlights had helped me pass my exam because almost EVERYTHING he had us highlight was covered on the Pre-License exam. I would also recommend you do the practice exams after each chapter EVERYDAY because the questions are somewhat similar to the Final Pre - license exam. Yes, It was a bit overwhelming to learn 19 chapters in six days BUT Ray Clemente is right teacher to pull it off with, trust me. Good Luck! read more

Real estate is a business I wanted to get into for a long time but was always nervous. Hearing from realtor how hard the class was and the state exam was. Well one day I decided I can continue to live in fear or pursue my career in real estate. I had asked a few realtor where they had gotten their license from and most stated gold coast. So I took the bull by the horns and signed up. And I will forever be grateful that I did. Professor Alessandro and Larry were the best teacher I have ever met in my entire life. My experience with Gold Coast Schools was fantastic. The knowledge I gained in just a few short weeks was thanks to the impressive instructor I had, Laurina Emiliani. Her command of the subject matter was evidenced by her many years of experience. This real-life, first-hand knowledge of the real estate world allowed her to translate complicated and sometimes intimidating course material into simple, understandable concepts. Her teaching style was interactive and engaging and on top of her helping me pass my exam with a really strong score, she inspired me to revive a few personal endeavors I have put on the back burner. Before attending Gold Coast Schools I had absolutely no knowledge of the real estate industry. I was brave enough to take the one week course at the West Palm Beach location to pursue a new career. The instructor, Robert Robinson, did an amazing job at introducing and explaining all of the new information. He made sure every student in the class was fully understanding before proceeding. Along the way, he provided examples to help us better understand the subject and answered questions to the best of his ability without steering off course. I first thought to myself that I was going to have some teacher similar to the college experience to the point where they just teach and simply state "read the book and you will pass!" I was very wrong to say the least. I was blessed to put it short. My teacher was very personable and knew more than just real estate but branched off into aspects that we could use for our day to day life. You could just tell he just truly cared for us and wanted the entire class to succeed. He put his all into every lesson not only keeping us attentive but entertained. I participated in the 7 day Real Estate Sales Associate Class and completed the course yesterday. The overall process of scheduling the class, clearing a waiting list to take it sooner, and having one of the most positive, uplifting instructors was an A+. I couldn't have asked for a better situation. My instructor Fran Jarvis was extremely motivational, kept the entire class engaged, and did a fabulous job to prepare us. Gaspare Lucania is an amazing instructor. He's very informative, he makes sure that everyone in class is engaged and he answers questions very efficiently.
