Vlad (my therapist), always has a warm welcome and shows intense interest for my physical concerns. Although he sees a few patients at the same time, I never feel neglected. His goal is to make my physical therapy experience a personal best. All the equipment is regularly cleaned. Tables and benches are disinfected after each patient. I started going to Gold Coast after my Knee replacement. The Manager Josh is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I have been treated primarily by Thao and Josh who constantly listen to my concerns and mix up the exercises gradually making them harder to achieve my goals. There is a very positive vibe at the location and Daniel and Stephen both have kept me focused on the exercises and made the time there worthwhile! I highly recommend this location. Just completed my physical therapy with Josh and for once am pleased with the outcome. I've been to other PT providers and always walked away feeling no better than when I started. I began my PT at this facility after lumbar spine surgery. I received a thorough evaluation and began a program to regain my strength and ability to function without constant pain. I realize many PT facilities suffer from client overload, but never felt that way in this location. Today was my last day of pt at Fyzical- Gold Coast. I had chronic back pain. I have worked with Rachel for several weeks and I feel amazing. My back pain resolved fairly quickly and Rachel worked with me on strengthening exercise to keep me pain free. She listened, she challenged me. She had a way of making me feel like I could do it. I wanted to do it. Each week I felt better, and stronger. I know that I will need to continue to follow a regular program at home, but the idea of back pain returning is motivation. I have the tools now. Thank you Rachel for your care and kindness. Your wit and patience. I'm going to miss working with you. That's a good thing. I want to also say that the facility is clean and comfortable. They have equipment and tools to accommodate all levels of Physical therapy. Even when there are more than a few folks having therapy I never felt like I was not the focus of my session. The staff is all very professional and friendly, encouraging and often funny ( Jen). I feel as though this place was a meat market, the few times I went, my neck hurt more than when I arrived. I felt the therapy was subpar with therapy and assistance. I forget what they're called not physical therapy, just attending each patient it was like piecemeal together. I went three times and was thoroughly disappointed. read more

had a great physical therapist, but the front office had zero clue on how to deal with the insurance companies. they constantly mess up dealing with the insurance company and would rather charge you direct. fysical are the worst company to deal with. their customer service is terrible if you can even get through on the phone. no call backs ever. fysical's billing is so screwed up, go to action physical therapy. don't ever try calling them, you will never get through or get a call back. forget fysical they just suck. read more

Physical Therapist (Josh) was wonderful in evaluating my condition and providing a list of daily exercises. My last PT spoiled me as it was a small practice with 1:1 with a PT Assistant. This practice is much larger and the PT Assistant handled more than one patient at a time (which I assume is corporate policy here). I do not have anything negative to say about the PT assistant but what I believe is the corporate policy here. After I completed every routine, I had to wait 2-3 minutes for the PT Assistant to get back to give me the next exercise. Those small waits add up and reduce the total number of exercises I can do in the hour session. Since I do the exercises every day and complete all of them within an hour. When I go to the physical location because of all the breaks when I go home I have to complete the rest of the exercises by myself. If you want rest breaks between different exercises, this place is for you. I want to plow through the routines with a quick overseer to make sure my form is correct which is difficult to do here. read more

I found FYZICAL locally as I live in the area and needed PT after an sports injury involving my lower back. When I called to make an appointment, I was given one for the next day! I went in and was immediately greeting by Justin, working at the front desk, a friendly young man who registered me and took the necessary information. He knew all the in and outs of my insurance so everything went smoothly. The office is clean, bright and well maintained. The are currently renovating to allow for more patients. Next was Maggie who took me into a private area to interview me and assess my needs based on the diagnosis given by my MD. PT was started the same day! I was given some home exercises to do and given a series of appointments and was hooked up with Josh as my therapist. I've had PT before and he's the BEST therapist I've ever had. He listened, he asked questions about how I felt and what I was doing at home. Not only does he know his stuff, but he's friendly, has a great demeanor and is easy to talk to. With an aggresive program, he got me back into playing shape ahead a couple of weeks ahead of where the doctor thought I would be. I feel GREAT! I have nothing but good things to say about the entire staff and would recommend this office to ANYONE who needs PT. read more

I am not an active review writer, but if I think it is worthy of my time, I will let people know about my experience. I was referred to Fyzical by my mother, who had to get physical therapy for her arm and her back. She was there for a few months and very happy with the level of service and care. I have been there for almost 2 months now and I could not be happier. I have been through PT multiple times in the last 20 years and this is by far the best experience I have had to date. They are always on time, and listen to your concerns and needs with respect to how you feel and pain level so they can meet your needs and help you progress. I work with Rachel, who is brilliant and has the most positive attitude; it is contageous. The director there, Josh, is very present and very positive as well, which I think is great as he is actively working and connecting with clients as opposed to sitting behind a closed door. The front desk is very busy, but always very accommodating. I have zero complaints and will continue to go to Fyzical (in Delray) until I do not need therapy anymore. read more

On June 20, 2017, I had my first p. t. session with Josh. It was excruciatingly painful. I believe his huge ego got in the way by pushing me above my limits just 7 weeks after rotator cuff surgery. I told him how much pain I was in and he didn't stop pushing my arm and shoulder up in the air. He spent 20 minutes total and I went out of there with so much pain, I cried on the way home. Josh tried to cover his tracts by calling my primary doctor and my surgeon. Guilty as charged, Josh. Don't go to Back In Action with Josh, that is my opinion and my true experience. I am still recovering from that set-back and wear a pain patch. I would choose One To One if Bloom Medical would allow, but they don't. read more

I had an urgent problem (BPPV vertigo), and they scheduled me right away and battled to get the insurance straightened out so that they could treat me immediately. Everyone, from the receptionist to Dr. Davis and his team, was helpful, kind and caring. Dr Davis even followed up via email throughout the weekend to make sure I was doing okay. I was sent to Back In Action by my PCP - and l am very happy with his choice. I have a pinched nerve in my neck. On my initial visit they did a thorough evaluation including a massage/test of the neck area. They also prescribed exercises for me to do at home. On subsequent visits they took time to check my progress and elevated the trigger point massage and electronic stimulation to my neck area. Josh and his staff are very knowledgeable and professional.
