We had one small and one large hole needing patched--Raul & his partner did an excellent job!…read more Raul was prompt and professional in communication; he called the night before to confirm appointment time and answered my questions about payment--they accept venmo and zelle. They arrived on time (7:30am on a Saturday--incredibly convenient for us, as weekdays are difficult). The whole service was completed in around an hours time, with the majority of time used for setup, cleaning and moving supplies in & out of the house. Their first goal was to ensure everything in the surrounding area was covered--they laid down a plastic tarp for anything in danger of cement splash, and covered fixtures like light switches. I stepped outside for a while and was surprised to see the walls fully patched when I returned. They matched the "orange-peel" wall texture and explained that the wall would need 24 hours to dry before painting (we did not request painting services). They swept and mopped, leaving the area cleaner than when they arrived. Furthermore, the value for his service is unbeatable---another vendor quoted me 5X higher than Raul's price-- which in reflection does not seem like it would have been a fair price given how quickly Raul showed the job can get done and I am assured that final product (including clean home) is of the same (if not superior) quality as any other vendor. Raul is also extremely friendly and easy to talk to. I would 100% recommend him and would use again in the future.

I got a few quotes and all the bids were comparable; however, I would say Carlos was ultimately the…read morebest deal as his bid included the painting. While I always like a deal, the main reason I went with Carlos is that he seemed reliable and was confident that he'd do a great job. And, he did! It was a 36 inch by 40 inch area of drywall that needed repair, texture, and paint. It blends in perfectly! Good thing I did NOT do this job myself (oh, and I did think about it, going so far as to purchase all of the materials and watch way too many youtube videos). I watched Carlos in action, and I learned that drywall is no job for an amateur (if you're going for nice aesthetics). I think he went above and beyond by painting the entire wall, given that the paint job was fairly new. And, he even left me the remaining paint that he had purchased for the job.

From the owner, Kyle, to Angelic in the office, everyone is always friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Angelic is always so kind, helpful, and accommodating. She makes scheduling easy and is a wonderful first impression of the company. Today I had the absolute best technician, Jonatan Vasquez, install two ceiling fans. After one of the fans was installed, I discovered that the fan I had ordered from Home Depot's website was actually the wrong one. I was so disappointed and frustrated, but Jonatan immediately put me at ease. He simply said, "It's not a big deal. We'll get it fixed." I told him I would just keep the fan because I didn't want to inconvenience anyone, but he wouldn't hear of it. He said, "No, I want you to be happy. This isn't what you wanted." He encouraged me to go exchange it, left to complete another job, and then came back later that afternoon to install the correct fan. He made sure everything was perfect before he left. That level of customer service is rare these days. Jonatan went above and beyond, and his kindness, patience, and professionalism made all the difference. I couldn't be happier with the results. Because so much of the work involved connecting new materials to existing drywall and columns, I was very concerned that the seams, texture, or paint color would be noticeable after the repairs were completed.
