I've been seeing Dr. Lorraine for about 7 years now. All of the doctors are so knowledgeable and caring. Dr. David is great too and if you have a foot or ankle issue, Dr. Jacob has a special touch and extra training in that area. I was pleased how Dr. Lorraine has helped our baby granddaughter. She is so gentle and you can tell the mild adjustment has an immediate beneficial effect. Babies and children are in excellent, loving hands here! read more

Highly recommend this spot for anything you're dealing with physically. They give each individual a meaningful amount of attention during visits and that attention does not dwindle down over time. Each visit is intentional and helps move you towards your goal. They've done a lot for me and for my dad! Everyone I've sent here has loved their experience. read more

Top notch chiropractic care. Extremely thorough and detailed. All members of the staff are very knowledgeable and are involved in every detail of your care from start to finish, including a lot of intentional before and after care. After your first appointment, you'll see why they've been in business as long as they've been and why they have so many 5-star reviews. The ocean view from their office doesn't hurt either. read more

I was in town for a visit when I found an introductory offer to Gold Coast Chiropractic. It has been a while since my last adjustment so I decided to make an appointment. The front desk person was sweet and efficient. Dr. Anna performed my evaluation and took X-rays and Dr. Jacob performed my adjustment. The office is different from other chiropractic offices I have been to. They have pre-adjustment exercise stations that loosen the neck and back prior to adjustment to ensure you get the best adjustment possible. The actual adjustment was great and I felt an immediate relief. I would definitely recommend this office if you are looking for chiropractic care! The office is conveniently located and parking was easy. It's located on the first floor so you don't need your take any stairs. There is a locked bathroom for the building that was clean and adequately stocked. read more

After 2 plus months with leading physicians providing no relief or answers or plan, (just pills), I met the folks at Gold Coast. In a little over 3 weeks I went from the inability to walk more than 50 feet without progressing to level 7-8 pain to experiencing a full 24 hours pain free. Thank you read more

Starting coming here in October through a referral and i couldn't be happier. The first visit identified my problems with my spine and i was quickly given a plan of attack if i chose to continue. Extremely impressed with the team at Gold Coast. Very friendly, knowledgable, and go above and beyond to help you and explain what is happening and how they can help. A small family run practice that truly cares about you. 5 STARS for sure! read more

The office is absolutely wonderful! Family run practice, only always great vibes. Not your run of the mill typical chiropractic office. The Doctors here genuinely care about your well being as a whole. I started care two months ago, and they have already helped me immensely! No more headaches or constant tightness of my neck, traps and back. I completely trust all of the Doctors. I am so thankful, and ever so grateful for their care. They really know what they are doing. You are not just a number, like how some of the other chiropractors I have been to. You would be doing you and your health a disservice if you don't give them a try! They are all local and just really good people. I love Gold Coast Chiropractic! read more

Excellent experience every time I visit Gold Coast Chiropractic Center- my back pain and neck pain were horrible six months ago and now I am pain free! I highly recommend Dr. Melendez and his staff for quality chiropractic care and the results are amazing!! read more

Dr. David, Dr. Jacob and Dr. Anna, and Dr. Lorraine Melendez are absolutely phenomenal at treating our family of four. We look forward to our appointments because they not only help us feel better, they genuinely listen to what's going on in our lives. How we met: Dr. Jacob and Dr. Anna were at the Encinitas Oktoberfest two years ago and we happened to pass by their booth. My husband got a free alignment and started chatting with them, and the rest is history. At 42 years old (and two pregnancies), I had actually never been to a chiropractor. I was pretty apprehensive about having someone "crack" my back (as I believed back then). I'm glad my husband convinced me to give it a try. It's been a game changer for our entire family. We can't recommend them enough! Not only are they knowledgeable, they are kind, thoughtful, skilled, and supportive. *Will post pictures soon!* read more

I have been going to Gold Coast for about a year now. I started when my lower back was hurting so much I was barely mobile, to now, post total knee replacement. Dr Jacob has been priceless in helping me recover. It's not just the knee but the whole body that needs support after a tkr due to immobility. I highly recommend this office. Everyone from the the Drs to the staff are incredible. They treat everyone big or small, like family. It was 23 years ago when I lower back went out. Dr David has been there for me and for my family time after time. The preventative care truly has allowed me to remain active in the ocean, on the trails and on the golf course. Type of care for staying healthy is so good. The care they provide is such a testimony of who they are. Thank you!! read more

I am super happy that a friend recommended Gold Coast to me. I am about 12 sessions in and I have throughly enjoyed receiving care from them. I am about 18 months in on recovering from a severe disc herniation. I have seen about 10 different body workers and Lorraine has been one of the best so far. She listens and is great at what she does. I also love that their care is more than adjustments. Their approach includes practices that help to build the spine's strength overtime as the adjustments bring it into alignment. Lastly, the vibe of their office feels great. Highly recommend! read more

This is a bait and switch operation!! They prey on car accident victims or patients with little knowledge. Then they add all kinds of unnecessary tests, x-rays, and weekly visit. They've tried to bill two auto insurance companies, but they are on to them. Avoid this practice. read more

Jabobs and all the team at Gold Coast make yo ufeel like home, very professional and always available to help. I go there very often.

I did not have any specific problem, I am just getting old and everything was feeling stiffer and stiffer. I wanted them to loosen things up (neck, back, hips). Went to them weekly for a few months, and I am so much better now. Very happy with the results. My wife has suffered neck pain for many years. They evaluated her and said that chiropractic would not benefit her condition. They did not suggest treating her when they knew there would be no benefit. Honest folks. The staff is great. The facility is nice. I would recommend them. read more

Parker and team are amazing! I've been seeing a chiropractor on and off for over a decade years, and Gold Coast is proof that not all chiropractors are created equal. I'm nearly 40 and my body is moving better than it was 10 years ago. Thank you team! read more

I've started my chiropractic wellness with Dr. Lorainne in February of this year (2020), i can only tell you my life in my body has never felt better. Like many professions, my work for the last 25+ years has been seated in my chair as an IT professional. The experts tell us that sitting is the new smoking, and i am a walking billboard. I have a a bulging disc and sciatica as a result. My neck started protruding forward from all the computer work and my posture was feeling the wear and tear. The X-rays showed these imbalances and we started a plan immediately. After 2 weeks of my critical care, I had to fly to my office in NJ. I met with a few colleagues i haven't seen in a couple years and, no kidding, one actually said to me, "you really have the best posture" Wow! is all I thought, this is actually visible to others? My better posture exudes more confidence, for certain. I mean I feel great, but to have others notice what I feel inside is amazing. Its been 10 months, i'm now progressed and moved on to 1x week care program. I do my home care and feel amazing. More energy, better posture, more confidence. Standing in line at the store during for all the holiday shopping, does not give me an achy back. i'm 'back' to enjoying things again that I put off because of my aging spine and making me 'feel' old. I honestly feel 10 years younger now. I'm so happy for meeting the doctors. I've had amazing adjustments from Dr. Dave and Jacob as well. Everyone has their own style and am often just blown away by how great i feel when I leave their office. Thank you for eliminating my pain and making me feel great in my body and young again!! read more

Fantastic system, great vibe. Dr. Jacob has helped put me back into great condition with much less, or no, daily pain. Totally recommend!

I am so much happier, healthier, stronger and better thanks to Dr. Jacob at Gold Coast. I was in level 20 pain out of 10 and hearing Dr. Anna's sweet voice on the phone when I was in the utmost pain made me feel like someone cared. Ever since, I can't believe how centered and at peace I feel after every visit. I also feel supported and not only treated with adjustments in the perfect careful manner that only Dr. Jacob can do, as well as Dr. Anna's tender care with my 4 yr old daughter, but I feel "treated" well and supported as a human being with all my good and bad days. It really is the only doctor's office where I have felt the most comfortable in all my life, and for being geniuses, the doctors are so down to earth and make you feel like family and truly care about not only your mind and body healing but every facet of your life. I am sooo thankful for their care and acceptance after so many years of trying to figure out how to feel "normal" or stable.. and now I know I going to be ok, and I CAN do whatever I want in life. Whereas, I used to feel disabled, and now I feel more than capable. Thank you so much Dr. Jacob, Dr. Anna, Dr. Dave, Dr. Lorraine, Parker and Jessica for providing such a wonderful office of relief, kindness, and I think the only place I truly feel my mind, body and spirit rest, and get out of fight or flight mode to rest, and rejuvenation that I never thought possible. My TMJ is not bothering me on a daily basis all day and night, and my headaches are gone, my spine and body feel stronger and able to lift and do activities I couldn't do before with my daughter, and family, and I can sleep, which is something that has plagued me for 20 years.
