When dropped off, it was in one piece btw…read more After three years of excuses, 3 years of promises and excuses, never getting my watch repaired, I demanded my watch back. I got it back uncased (movement not in case, crystal and bezel in bag). I got the movement repaired a month later but they gave me the wrong pieces for the case. Hence why they gave it me in pieces. Told me to come back in a week to get the piece. The owner and his son then blamed me and that I refused repair. EXCUSES and blamed me? After silence for many months despite repeated calls and visits my options are sue or give up. I was a media sales rep and dealt with numerous local businesses in my career. I have NEVER met a more irresponsible business owner who appeared kind at first then has become rude, and confrontational. BEWARE and avoid this sham watchmaker.
