Apparently organic baby food is all the rage at the moment. The Pharmacist himself is lovely and always kind and helpful if you have the sniffles and need something to make you feel better. I think this is why I like the place, a community shop. Wonderful when London can be so big and so lonely!

No queues, either - a definite winner.

Obviously this store isn't as large as their nearby flagship location on Oxford Street, or their…read moreother location down Regent Street but Boots at 302 Regent Street is still in a pretty useful location within London. I do find the store to be a little closely packed in, which can make it hard to get around and a little narrow at times so the overall store design could be better compared to their other locations. There was one unloading cage between the Pharmacy section and to-go food and drink (this was average at best and again fell short compared to other stores), it did make it a little difficult but obviously I've seen so much worse at nearby stores I don't find that to be a huge issue. If you're in a rush and you're looking for Boots, this is the one for you - but if you have a few minutes the other stores are by far superior. 2*

I went because I had hurt in my ears but they couldn't give me something because I haven't a prescription. The staff didn't help me and the only one thing that they told me it's " Go to the doctor...". My second experience is more conclusive because I was sick (some troubles in my throat).
