Non licensed travel assistant, not travel agent, booked a flight telling me few were left and price would only increase. I then learned many seats were available at a less expensive rate and company would not refund or work with me to reimburse my extra expense. As someone involved in customer service I was not happy when they told me there was nothing they could do because there is always something- like reducing your commission! read more

I am in the field of IT there's nothing a travel agent can do for me that I can't do for myself! Well, I will be the first to tell you how WRONG I was! Let me start by saying that Laurie's services are FREE to you! You have nothing to lose! BUT you have EVERYTHING to gain! I have used Laurie for 6 vacations now including my honeymoon to Bora Bora and every vacation has been smooth. Laurie is professional, knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to what you want out of your vacation and then puts a plan together and makes it happen! I can NEVER imagine taking a vacation again without using Laurie. She makes sure every "I" is dotted and "T" is crossed so all you have to do is pack, make it to your plane on time and relax! I personally have over 37 reviews on Trip Advisor (zog795) and know what it takes to make me happy on vacation and I will tell you that using Laurie for your next vacation will be the best decision you can make. She also finds you the best deals possible that you can't find if you're not a travel agent. 5 STARS to Laurie from Mouse Tails Travel & Celebrate It Vacations!

They dragged their feet giving the price when I stated I was going to Tarrytown NY in Westchester. Then quoted me $120 because of a "big vehicle " and the tolls. I immediately questioned the cost since I use car services very often. I was quoted by Uber and 2 other companies the range of $75-85 tops. After I called the dispatcher again to tell them I will report them and she said she couldn't give a price it's whatever the driver stated. "You can check the price it's your job and I will confirm with other companies the price as well and report you." Suddenly the cost is $75 . Amazing they even tried to say it's extra for the wheelchair/bigger vehicle. That's actually illegal. The other company was very obliging and they are also bilingual please tread with caution scammers outside the zoo.
