The older ladies in this place are super rude! It was my first time to visit. I needed to drop off Amazon packages, I came in and was behind a few people. A grey haired lady came up and put out her hands for my packages. I gave them and asked for a receipt because it was to Amazon. She said well that's not happening right now. I said ok and I was willing to wait for the people in front of me to finished. Well the lady sung the black sang grey hair told her fine and scanned them in. She scanned them in and printed a receipt then told me it would be a dollar. Um why what?!! No one told me. So I walked out. It might not have been as bad if I was told before. I will be driving into Ennis from now on to the actual UPS store, they are always so nice! So if you need UPS.l, go to Ennis! I would not recommend this store at all!! read more

The ladies at Goin Postal are amazing. From shipping over $5000 worth of weirdly shaped, heavy, roughly packed packages in a single year for me, to printing and scanning ad nauseum, to multiple overnight packaging and shipping incidents when I was traveling and needed something forgotten, they have always come through. They handle it all- often with a good chuckle and certainly with more grace than I deserve. Worth the price for the additional service and detail. read more

I recently visited Goin' Postal to drop off packages as I normally do on a monthly (sometime weekly) basis. I encountered an issue with the weight of a package, and instead of addressing the issue, the owner was extremely rude, making dismissive remarks and speaking to me in a completely unprofessional tone. This behavior made me feel very disrespected as a customer, and it created a very uncomfortable environment. I understand weight restrictions and would have been happy to take my package elsewhere for Fed Ex to pick up. A polite explanation or assistance would have been far more helpful than the attitude I received. I hope that the owner considers addressing customer service issues for a better experience for others. Today was my last time to do business with Goin Postal. read more
