My family moved from Florida to Alabama and had to get all of our insurance transferred and also a new policy on one of our vehicles. We are disappointed in this agency's handling of our request for a quote. We were referred by Progressive when shopping around. They stopped calling us back after saying they could not find a competitive rate so we canceled the quote process. Then received a letter in the mail saying they could not be competitive due to our "credit". Huh? We have mid 700 scores.... yikes! What is going on? Also, we did not authorize them to pull our credit. We are just getting quotes. We will be making a formal complaint this is a huge concern. Can you imagine all the credit pulls while shopping and to make this claim.... maybe they have to not look back to Progressive since they get referrals? I dont know. We did secure policies for all our items which are not a few things we own too much stuff, with State Farm in Scottsboro and they were amazing and also do not charge extra for paying monthly. Blessing in disguise. Beware. This agency should have at least returned our call. read more
