After using a large company where communication was poor, working with Scott truly exceeded my expectations thanks to how responsive and professional his company is! He emailed me minutes after completing the service. I was able to submit the proof online, and Scott also mailed an official copy to Texas, which arrived before the court processed my submission. I wish I had gone with Scott from the start, as it would have saved me a lot of stress and confusion. Take it from me, choose Scott for your service!! Stay away from those big process serving corporations. You'll get much better service here. Thanks again Scott!!

Requested status updates to my email address, they (supposedly) sent to the attorney copied. Sent…read morethem an email the day before service at 6:05 pm letting them know the case settled. I received no reply to any email. The service was completed the next day after 5:00 pm. When I called to speak to them, they said they did not get my email and that I should have called. I did not call because it was a holiday. I forwarded the email while on the phone with him, and he received that one. They stated they sent the email that subject was served, but to the attorney. Since the attorney was not the one to request status, the email was sent to the incorrect person. After careful review, the attorney states she has never received the status email. Furthermore, I was speaking to the OWNER of the company about the situation. While speaking to him to let him know what was going on and questioning him about these items, he became very exasperated and was sighing and saying things like "oh my God", etc. He was unable to forward me the email he sent stating the subject was served and said he could just "drive over here and show me". We are located in Austin, they are in Louisiana. He also stated that our address was incorrect (as if trying to blame us for that) to which I replied that is the address we located. In fact, the address that we provided to him was the same address provided by the subject in a sworn written statement. After I let him know that his demeanor and customer service was unacceptable, we were suddenly disconnected. I did not hang up the phone, as that is not in my nature. David called back, but he was not able to provide any viable explanation or relief to the situation. Once that conversation ended, David called again and left a message asking when and how we were going to pay for the invoice. At no time whatsoever did I say that our firm was not paying this invoice. In fact, after receiving David's message, I replied to the email attaching the invoice and let him know that once we received the affidavit of service, I would forward the invoice to the attorney. Verbatim. I do find it interesting that on this website it states that regular service is $75.00, to which you can save $25.00 by buying the coupon. During our initial conversation, there was no time wasted when we were quoted $110.00. If the location was not within the service area the company provides, we would have been happy to continue our search for a more local process server. Never was any foul or unacceptable language spoken on my behalf. I simply stated several times that his behaviour and demeaner were unacceptable and would not be tolerated. Furthermore, David has still not provided the information requested and necessary to complete the process for our client and for payment. He has not provided the status email as requested and we have not received the affidavit of service. Worst customer service EVER. How dare the OWNER of the company talk to a client/customer in such a rude manner. I understand frustration, but you never speak to your customer in the way that he did. Beware of the obvious organizational and management issues before asking for the overpriced service they provide.
