Not only has the company failed to complete the service, they are refusing all communication with both me and my attorney. I tried--to no avail--one last time to contact Jason this morning via his business numbers and mobile number to give him an opportunity to either explain the delay or inform me that he is unable to complete the requested service. His unwillingness to complete the requested service and/or provide us a professional courtesy will result in no more than this public review.
