I was astounded ! Fortunatley, I remembered John, 1st Class Limosine Service, who used to drive my husband for business flights, and the 2 of us also. I needed a car by 9:30/10:00am. John answered my call, and went to work to locate a driver for me. They kept me informed, and managed to find one of their drivers was able to take me to the airport. Needless to say, 1st Class Limo is definitley my ride of choice.

The ride was easy to book online but if you need to change the reservation, you have to call a number and it's a guy picking up who doesn't answer the phone with the name of the company or anything, and he's also very abrupt. The driver was 15 minutes late picking up my mom - no notification - which made her frantic with anxiety and I had to stop her from driving herself. Pluses were that he was apparently a good driver and they made it in time but still: unnecessary agita in terms of booking and the lack of communication about being delayed.
