History
Established in 1986.
Rebecca Straley, broker, began in real estate in California in 1986 and received her broker's license in 1990. Working through the franchise, big box, and boutique organizations she has not "built better business" until the affiliation with Fathom Realty in 2013. Capitol Premier Realty brand was established by Michael and Rebecca Straley in 2008 - and Fathom Realty began in 2009 - and joined forces in 2013. In April 2013, Virginia was State #4 and now Fathom has grown to approximately 16 States and counting! The Straley's are Regional Vice President and District Directors with National Leadership responsibilities and skills and are working diligently to build the Mid Atlantic Region...with market centers near Annapolis, Richmond and Hampton Roads, coming soon too! Nationwide, Regionally, Locally we attest to be ever present and serve. Our mission is to mature the real estate industry, embrace technology and provide services demanded by the public. Meet the Business Owner: Michael and Rebecca Straley s.
As partial owners, and original broker/leaders of Fathom Realty in Virginia, Michael and Rebecca Straley are on fire with enthusiasm and work ethic! A husband and wife team bring an interesting and successful element to providing support to REALTORS, clients and the public! As each has strengths and gifts the Straleys are able to balance the analytic and empathy required in "Building Better Business!" Michael Straley graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science and worked in the secondary mortgage business for decades of growth and abundance - providing resources to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Rebecca Straley simultaneously became fully immersed in real estate at an early age - active in development, leadership, sales, appraisals and more! In 2008 it became apparent the two professional worlds should unite, both are brokers, both have national leadership roles - and both care to serve in and out of business!
