It's a gas station, don't need to say a lot. Employee I ran into inside was friendly, it's(I'm pretty sure) 24/7, and it appeared to be clean inside the store part. Didn't have to use the bathroom, so I can't report on that aspect. And they sold 32 oz. sizes of Snapple drinks for $1.59, which for a gas station like this isn't a bad price.
The only thing that minorly bummed me out and surprised me, was when we were driving past Calumet City on the Calumet/Bishop Ford at 159th, was that I saw a Love's Truck Stop that was only $2.05 a gallon for gas, vs. $2.19 here! Yep, hard to believe an Illinois gas station was cheaper than an Indiana one, but I really saw that. At least it's convenient, and that the gas price here isn't as high as you'd otherwise pay at ones within the city of Chicago, or at a lot of inner ring suburb gas stations. read more
