By far the highlight of my time in Germany. We came here on a Monday morning and there was no one here but the park was open. As soon as we passed the gate we heard the turkeys and other birds making the loudest sounds they could muster, but once you pass them you enter this open field area with tons of different animals all around roaming free together. On our arrival to the field area, we could hear/see a bunch of goats coming right at his from a quarter of a mile down the field. The goats, a few pigs, and piglets all ran directly to us and while I say to greet us I know they were looking for food (of which we had none). We were so surprised by how friendly the animals were. Even the deers came to be petted or ask for food. We continued to walk the walking path around the main field and ended up at the birds of prey area where we also saw the biggest and most majestic deer and some amazing bald eagles, hawks, owls, and a bunch of other birds. My husband was so taken aback with how lovely the whole experience was. We then entered a smaller area where we saw peacocks, Mooses, ducks, and more pigs and piglets all roaming free together! There was also a few fox enclosures, a bunny enclosure, a monkey enclosure and still more deers, field rabbits/heres and other animals roaming around together in the field. The animals here were the friendliest animals I have ever encountered and this was truly a magical and once in a lifetime experience. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR EVERYONE!!

We ordered our food, the lady took our money and not long after, tells us that they are not going to be able to serve us because their camper guests needed to be fed first or some stuff like that. They were not courteous at all with it, treated us like crap with no regard for the 8 children that we had. We felt not welcome at all. Before all that, I was planning to go back the following week with more people, but after that experience, NEVER!
