I truly do…read more Unfortunately this is due to my love if bowling and pool as oppose to the environment, staff, location, The bowling alley itself is fit for purpose, which in itself is an achievement being situated in Bradford and all. The feel in very outdated and score boards etc have fallen straight from an 80's movie. The staff are just that, staff. I don't think I have ever drawn a smile from them and they are less than helpful. It could be that the music is at least 80% too loud at the counter. It has 2 bar sections. One for alcoholic beverages with pool tables and TV's airing sports. The other more family oriented with hot food on offer. Between these is an arcade. It's a good place to kill 20 mins when waiting for people. Even better I did win a huge bar of chocolate on my 21st on the claw machine so added bonus. The area can be a little rough, as with anywhere in Bradford. It situated close to a number of food outlets and a cinema. The only down side is the casino straight across, which attracts a less than above board clientele.

There are lots of differently themed areas - some densely wooded areas, a small pitch and putt golf course, and planted areas. If the weather is good, then spend a relaxing time in the park, followed by an interesting visit to Bowling Hall Museum which is just over the road from the Bowling Hall Road entrance to the park.
