We prefer natural solutions rather than drugs, and so far we've been fortunate enough to avoid having to go on any medications. Don't get me wrong - if we NEED to go to a medical doctor we would. But we have found that by following Roger's recommendations, we have overcome every malady that we've asked him for help with. Of course, you can't expect instant results for everything, but Roger has always been honest with us and true to his word. We've learned that some things will just take a little longer before we start feeling results - we learned this the hard way when we became impatient. I'm so glad that we decided to trust Roger and follow through with what he advised. He has saved us a fortune in what we would have paid for medications, and who knows what kind of side effects we may have experienced. We have been going to Vita Foods for several years now and look forward to many more. The staff is extremely slow, and in my experience, there is also a lack of care when preparing the food. The employee leaned so far over the table while making the sandwiches that her clothing and body were practically over the food. I understand that everyone has different body types, but this is something that should be handled much more carefully for hygiene and food-safety reasons. On top of that, her attitude was not very friendly, which made the experience even less pleasant. It's unfortunate because the food and the place are great, but the lack of speed, cleanliness, care, and customer service really affects the overall experience. I hope this can be taken as constructive feedback and that these areas can be improved.

His enthusiasm, positivity, and genuine passion for what he does are absolutely contagious. He took the time to talk with us about different cuts of meat, shared cooking tips, and explained the current specials without ever making it feel like a sales pitch. You could tell he truly enjoys helping customers. The lamb chops he prepared and was handing out for customers to sample were outstanding. They were cooked perfectly and showcased the quality of the products Sprouts offers. As a retail manager with more than 10 years of experience, I know how difficult it is to find team members who naturally connect with people the way Mike does. Technical skills can be taught, but the energy, authenticity, and customer-first attitude he brings are incredibly rare. Sprouts in Glendora is fortunate to have someone like him leading the meat department. As soon as I entered the store, I noticed a female employee(jordy) eyes glance up really quick from behind the register and her uncomfort gaze followed me and my bf as we browsed at the store items. She went to the back stock room and urgently came out with a male employee. Their eyes followed us closely throughout our visit. At first, I thought it might be standard customer service, but it quickly became clear that there was an odd intensity to their attention. It felt invasive and made me highly self-conscious. What was even more troubling were the subtle, yet unmistakable signs of racial bias that I sensed during my time there. I believe that every customer deserves to feel safe and respected, regardless of their background. Regrettably, I felt judged and unwelcome, which is a sentiment I never expected to encounter in a retail environment. It's disheartening to think that there are still places where certain individuals might be treated differently based on their race. As we approached the counter to pay for our items, I reached for a pill container on displayand the make employee moved a small tip jar away as it was near the pill holder product... weird. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I won't be returning to this location. I hope the management takes steps to ensure that all customers are treated with the dignity and respect they deserve, regardless of who they are. I would recommend that fellow shoppers consider their options before visiting this store. It's a shame, as I had high hopes for this place, but my experience has made it clear that improvement is needed.

The GNC website clearly states that online purchases may be returned to a GNC retail store. This store is the local GNC I shop at, but not anymore, I'm never coming back after today's incident. To be fair, Corporate GNC is at some fault for this return policy and should provide updated company policy training to all stores. It may be helpful to differentiate the "franchise owned" versus "corporate owned" stores and adjust their return policy because it sure isn't universal across the board since these franchise owned stores don't follow policy and apparently can do whatever they want... because verbatim "the store takes a loss for online order returns" -judy.

While shopping, I briefly left my cart unattended for a moment to grab an item nearby. When I returned, the cart was gone. I searched the store thoroughly but could not locate it. As a result, I had to go back and re-select everything I had already gathered. When I reached the butcher counter, I recognized the meats I had previously selected. The butcher confirmed that a newer employee had just brought the cart back. While I understand that an unattended cart can occasionally be moved by mistake, no effort appeared to have been made to locate the customer or confirm whether the cart was truly abandoned. I was left to redo my entire shopping trip and also lost my reusable bags, which were in the cart, forcing me to purchase replacements at checkout. What made the experience significantly worse was the interaction with the cashier, Jennifer. When I explained what had happened and noted that my reusable bags were missing, she was dismissive and unprofessional. Rather than acknowledging the inconvenience or assisting, she repeatedly blamed me, defended her coworkers, and lectured me on how I should shop in the future. When I stated that this had never happened to me before, her tone became more condescending. It felt as though she was more focused on performing for the other employees nearby than resolving the situation or showing basic customer service. I understand that leaving a cart momentarily is not ideal, but the lack of any attempt to locate the owner, combined with the cashier's belittling and defensive response after I had already spent extra time re-shopping, left me frustrated. This was not the level of service I expect from Stater Brothers. I hope management will address this with the staff involved so other customers do not have a similar experience.
