Coastal constantly has discounts every day for a selection of items and you can view it all easily on their website. Price varies, but you'll never be disappointed. Employees are clear with how much your order is and they tell you ahead of time the round up payment regarding for example: your order is $18 but they have to round up to $20. You pay the 20 and get 2 dollars back anyway. It is secure all the way through the moment you walk in. I always come back!

The music inside the store is played at an extremely loud, uncomfortable level, making it very difficult--sometimes impossible--to communicate with staff behind the counter. When you can't hear or be heard, that's more than an inconvenience; it creates a stressful and exclusionary environment, especially for people who already struggle with hearing or communication. What was most upsetting is that when we politely asked for the music to be turned down, the request was ignored and treated like a joke. Staff appeared amused rather than concerned. In a space that serves medical patients and promotes wellness, that lack of empathy and basic consideration is simply wrong. To make matters worse, the store is now under new ownership and none of my information was in their system anymore--not my medical recommendation and not even my personal ID, both of which had been on file previously. Compassion means listening, accommodating, and treating people with respect. When customers can't communicate and their concerns are dismissed, that's not compassionate care. I truly hope the new ownership reconsiders how they treat patients and customers going forward.
