I would say overall this store is amazing! Trey, keith, and jordan are all quick to help and know their products. It also seems very family friendly, i've seen a few of the employees bring in their children-which is always fun to see. It never seems to interfere with their work or helping customers. However i've had several run ins with a girl who works there. she's talked negatively about many people idk if they are coworkers or customers. She also didn't look very friendly and looked like she didn't enjoy her job or want to be there. Like customers were a nuisance. Not to mention the lack of personal hygiene. read more

Never open. We tried multiple days and multiple times during the day. Had some things delivered to the Amazon counter here on a weekend and then the business was never open for an entire week. Had to reorder everything. Not sure why they're even an Amazon locker location read more

I had to go in to get some pre workout today and the lady I spoke with was incredibly kind.. I tried a product in a flavor that she hadn't had a chance to sample herself. It was truly disgusting haha so I went back to exchange it per their awesome policy.. The employee who helped me at that point was SO nice, helpful, knowledgeable and relatable. His name is Tyler. He helped set me up with a product that he recommended and even gave me a discount on it. 5 Stars for customer service GNC Spanish Fork!! I know that's kind of old school, but when it comes to milk, I'm all for "old-school" it should be served/it should come in a glass bottle - pretty nostalgic over here about my milk! As a little girl, the milkman used to come to the house delivering milk in a crate, and all in glass bottles. Some things are just done better in "old" ways in my opinion! And this milk, specifically STRAUS Family Creamery brand, OMG - this blew my mind! It was the BEST chocolate milk I've ever tasted. Like, EVER. Of course, it's organic. I'm an instant fan and will be coming back to this place, specifically for this glass-bottled-milk. LOVE IT!

So excited in fact, that I made it my mission to stop by when I drove back through Utah one week later on my way back to Los Angeles. After realizing the HQ is right there in American Fork, I dropped by to see what HQ was like. They had a small retail store off to the side with an amazing selection. Unfortunately, that is where the excitement stopped. I know it's a business, their headquarters, but the people there just sucked. Did not want to acknowledge anybody and seemed disappointed that they had to end their scrolling to checkout a customer. I'll stick to online ordering from the company.
