They told me it would be delivered on May 16th which was a long wait in itself. So to make room in my bedroom I gave my bed away the morning of May 16th after receiving confirmation from the Company that my new bed would be delivered between 12-2pm. 2pm came and went, and I never received a call or information to the contrary. We called the store manager (Erica), and she told us that the mattress wasn't available. She was very matter of fact and not at  all understanding as at this point I didn't have anywhere to sleep. She then went on to explain that we would have to wait until the 22nd for delivery. She also did not explain why we didn't receive a call that the mattress would not be available ...when in fact we received a call for delivery confirmation   I'm actually more upset about her tone and attitude than I am having to sleep on the floor for a week. She was very matter of fact, rude and apathetic. This manager was very inconsiderate and unprofessional    Spend your money at a place that will respect you as a human as much as they will respect your dollar. A simple call letting me know the delivery would be a WEEK late would have at least let me hold on to my bed....their lack of professionalism has me in a terrible situation for a week . Her bubbly personality and superior customer service instantly lifted my mood. Diamonds positivity radiated through what she was doing. I'm sure being a barista isn't her dream job but she made it her goal to make sure my experience there was a good one and she definitely went above and beyond. She took my order, made my drink and sent me on my way in under three minutes. I entered that location exhausted and with a frown on my face and left with a smile and a skip in my step. I wish all Starbucks locations had employees like Diamond.

Today's experience was five star, and Hennessey provided a model for how all, retail employees should interact with customers. There were two customers in front of me, each with unique issues that required more time and attention. Hennessey handles each one with exemplary customer service in terms of her caring, competency, and efficiency. I had a coupon from the drug manufacturer that also required some extra attention and Hennessy handled it quickly. it seems like good. Customer service is a thing of the past, and it is most refreshing to find an employee who exemplifies what customer service should be. Kudos to Hennessey and wall greens. As a footnote, this might be the very first time I have given five stars on a yelp review
