Normally, I receive excellent service from the young Indian gentleman who works there, and that's one of the reasons I've continued coming back. Recently, however, there has been a new employee working in the mornings, and the service experience has noticeably declined. The first time I encountered him, I actually had to leave without my order because the wait time was excessively long. Today was even worse. I arrived around 8:55 AM, placed and paid for my order, and there were four people ahead of me in line. Three of those customers ordered before me, and all three received their drinks while I was still standing there waiting. Both employees then appeared ready to head to the back as if all orders had been completed, while I still had not received my smoothie. After noticing me still waiting, the employee made a random smoothie with Gladiator protein that was not the smoothie I ordered. I then had to correct him and ask him to add the proper ingredients to make the actual drink I paid for. I did not leave until approximately 9:22 AM. A nearly 30-minute wait for a smoothie -- combined with the incorrect order and lack of awareness -- made this by far the worst service experience I've had at this location. I'm not someone who normally complains, but this experience was extremely frustrating, especially considering how consistently good the service usually is.

She told me the woman ahead of me was her last customer. The pharmacy was closed. I told her it would only take a minute; I was out of the medication and would not be able to sleep without it. I knew it was ready because the doctor's office had told me a couple of hours earlier that it had been called in. She pointed to a sign saying the pharmacy was closed. I asked if she had heard what I said. She said she had, but they were closed. She delivered prescriptions to the two people ahead of me then closed the window. I need to find a new pharmacy. CVS is clearly too big to care about its customers. Since the pharmacy is one of the main reasons I shop at Target in the first place, I won't be going to Target as often.

I followed the troubleshooting corrections but it did not correct the problem. Hours upon hours were spent with the tech support teams. It was so bad I could not even get a call from ATT when the tech called me back after being disconnected during repair attempts. I finally gave them my husbands number for them to call me on. I believe it started after I was prompted to use their Call Protect feature that was designed to eliminate spam calls. They would not confirm, nor deny this. I had 5 lines and was paying nearly $300 a month. I left ATT when I could not get the problem resolved. Their problem costs me a new phone plus 6 months of frustration. Today I called to request a copy of my bill because online is not available since the account is closed. They could not even provide this. I was told to go into a store. What has happened to customer service? I switched to T-Mobile and the service and savings are superior by far. If you have call protect and you discover people are unable to reach you, I recommend you take action to protect your data. It has been a mess and I do not recommend ATT to anyone.
