I have had a few issues recently with food having already gone bad once I've brought it home including some meat that already smelled rancid even before the best by date and a grab-and-go meal that had mold growing in it, so just try your best to check how things look as you're placing them in your cart (and most of the time, whoever has checked me out has been on top of checking the quality of my items for me too)- most things in Native Sun are fresh goods, so it's understandable that that type of thing can happen. And when I brought in the moldy item, they were super accommodating with letting me replace it, even without my receipt! Super appreciative that they care about their customers, the local community, and have just created such a lovely shopping environment that it actually makes grocery shopping enjoyable :)

Despite answering her questions about my service dog, she repeatedly confronted me, got in my face, and yelled about my 10 lb service animal. As someone with PTSD this triggered an anxiety attack. Her behavior was unacceptable and discriminatory. I urge you to address this manager's actions and provide your staff training on service animal polices. Sadly, we will not be shopping here again.

I'm talking long dreads, natural fabrics, calm serene smiles, and an energy that says they own a crystal collection and know each crystal by name. The vibe inside was amazing. Everyone looked like they were on their own personal wellness quest, floating around the aisles with purpose, shopping carts full of things I didn't even know existed. I felt like I needed to level up spiritually just to stand near the kombucha section.
