Austin took care of me and she was wonderful. I explained the symptoms and she offered her recommendations, she also sent me home with a few samples of gummies and a lotion for my symptoms! I would definitely recommend this place if you're going to start exploring the CBD world. Not all CBDs are the same. Stay informed!

This was well worth it, though. I called the store and spoke to Kylie, needing some gift help and in quite a time pinch. Over the phone she shopped with me and talked me through recommendations for all kinds of things, answering my questions with confidence and treating me like a friend. There's so much bustle and chaos around this season, but I never got the feeling that I was being rushed or just being fed the "typical" sales line from Kylie. She helped me with a great sense of humor, giving me fantastic ideas, working with my budget, and even pointing me to things I never thought I'd have been interested in. (such wins, by the way!!!) Kylie- Thank you sooooo much for your genuine hospitality. You didn't have to see me face to face to still treat me excellently, and I'm so grateful! Can't wait to shop there in person soon. :) Merry Christmas.

The next time I ordered because of the first time problem they took care of my shipping and everything was great. I do like the prices they offer because they are very competitive compared to other workout supplement stores and they have very fast shipping. The only thing is that on the app it says spend so much and get free shipping but that's not the case anymore. I did ask about that and they told me they try and give the lowest price for their products so they have to charge for shipping. But that is just something to be aware of if you're expecting free shipping. But all in all I will keep using this company because of their low prices on the products I like to use.

Her staff seems super intimidated by her, and embarrassed by her lack of customer service, for simple request that they would do, if she wasn't hovering over them. But her micromanaging keeps them from taking care of the customers. The other employees are lovely. But she needs to find another job where she is not dealing with people. The manager before her wasn't great, but better than her. Smoothie King needs to be aware of how terrible of a manager she is! Go to Murfreesboro or Brentwood and let store close if they can't hire better managers! Also, the reply from the owner below is a joke, as I HAVE reached out to smoothie king, and they take a message and let you know that the manager/owner is not responding, basically could care less! 5 messages over a month I have tried..so don't let the response make you, the consumers, think they care. It's sad too, because it is a good brand if ran correctly and kindly!
