Ok, I can't speak on anyone else's experience, but the sad truth is all of the reviews are old, and yet they still are absolutely correct! Hours of operation are erratic, at best. Midday closes. IF you make it in, you may not find what you wanted due to insufficient stock. Overpriced if you do. Thankfully my visits have been few, but the service interaction is short, cold, borderline rude. The verbiage used is NOT one of customer service. Do not waste your time on this store. It's alot more "convenient" to drive further to centennial. GNC= Go to North Centennial Hills. On 11/11 I went to shop at this store and the product that I wanted was not in stock. The associate told me that this is not a big issue since I can just pay for the order in the store and the product would be delivered to my home within 2 days. I haven't received the product so I called GNC to find out why. After texting them my receipt they told me that the associate failed to create an order number, and so there will never be a product shipped! Terrible store!!!! read more

Time on website and store is inconsistent. Online it says open at 0900 but door says 10. They also do not stay open until 7pm; when I asked employee she stated the hours are wrong it changed due to Covid hours. I usually don't write reviews, this one upset me a bit. Went in looking for two types of pre workout which they didn't carry, fine no problem, found another brand. Since there was a promotion of 50% off if you buy or mix and match protein or whatever supplement, I decided to grab a large protein tub marked up 99.00 and asked her if the 50% would come off of that, she said yes. I also grabbed a hydro flask for shakes. She decided to take advantage of the situation and took 50% off of the flask. Cheap shot and by trying to correct the situation instead she takes off 50% from the cheaper pre workout. Tamika that wasn't a very nice thing to do and you suck as a human being. I used this store for Amazon pick up. UPS tracking showed my item was delivered and signed for by the manager. I went to pick it up and the same manager denied receiving the package even after I made her listen to the UPS recording saying she signed for it. What a mess of a store! Defeats the purpose of going to a pick up hub to avoid porch pirates if the store will lose my items anyway. Stay away from this store! read more

I walked in to purchase multiple keto items. I walked in and was not greeted. I then asked for location for keto supplies, to which the young lady with short brown hair, put her phone down, rushed over to the location. After quickly pointing out 3 items, she rushed back to her phone. I had questions, so I took the items with me and asked if she had suggestions or heard which is better, to which she put her phone down again, and obviously was annoyed at my questions, approached and just read the back of one item. She tried her beat to answer quickly, rushed back to her phone. Meanwhile another man was sitting on a chair on the doorway of their back office, in his phone. If I could give it to zero Stars I absolutely would. This location has v worst employees, and seemingly the most ignorant people that could be found in Las Vegas. Whoever the current weirdo is that's in charge shouldn't be in customer service. He doesn't know what words mean and stands uncomfortably close to customers to the point where you have to ask for personal space. He also put his hands on my property and that is the main reason why I will never return to this location. I stopped in here on a whim to see if they had Oh Yeah One bars. They do, and they were on sale for $2 each, less than Amazon. I had the store to myself and the young woman who helped me was very helpful without being pushy. I left with some melatonin, multi vitamins, and a ton of the bars. I'll preface this by letting you know that I've never given a one-star review before. I'll be honest, maybe I should have checked the hours of the store online before I went in, but I happened to be at another store in the same parking lot. I needed to buy protein bars and cookies and was prepared to spend $$$ for them. I looked across the parking lot and saw their open sign flashing, so I decided to go there instead. There weren't any store hours posted anywhere on the store front. So I walked up to the door, opened it, and went inside. As I'm browsing the section I need, I hear a voice yell at me from the back "oh we're closed!" I look up and found a sales rep staring back at me from behind the counter. I apologized that I didn't know that since the open sign was still on. And well... the door was open? He didn't reply. Just kept staring. Needless to say, I took my hard earned money elsewhere. I understand retail. I've worked in retail. I understand end of day closing procedures, but I understand sales and the overall bottom line better. And when you rely on people buying your products to survive as a business, when someone walks in ready to buy your products, you let them. Especially if closing time is 8:00 pm and I walk in a minute later because your door is open and your open sign is on. read more
