I came in here on a total whim just to see what kind of stim free pump they had. I was immediately greeted by Ethan who was very enthused and eager to show me exactly where these were. Ethan went over each product and gave me his personal recommendation. I wasn't planning to buy but he sold me!! After saying I was all set he wanted to show me around & showed me their proteins. He even asked me if I wanted a sample of the s'mores flavor. I said sure I'd love to try it! I was literally shocked when Ethan then made me an entire protein shake and gave me a free shaker! I figured it would be a tiny sample in a 2 oz cup like they do at vitamin shoppe. The protein was absolutely delicious! Seemed to have amazing ingredients so I will definitely be back!! I stopped in here yesterday to pick up some stuff for my mom. She just had surgery and was at home resting. But she needed some things refilled, so she gave me the list. As I walked in, Manny at the counter was assisting another customer. I grabbed a basket, and began filling my mom's order. Most of the things she wanted were easy to find. On a couple of them I had to call her and get clarification on the exact item she wanted. As I was looking for the last couple of items, an associate came out from the back and offered to assist me. He helped me find the last two items that I wanted. On one of them, he showed me two different options. I wasn't sure which one of the two my mom gets, but he told me that Manny would be able to look that up in the POS. So, I went to the counter and asked Manny for assistance. I gave him my mom's name, and he was able to find out what it was that she gets. He also helped me find another item that I wasn't sure about. With the order finally complete, he began ringing up my transaction. While he did so, he asked how my mom was doing, noting that she usually comes in by herself. I liked that he remembered my mom by name. Showed me that he cares about and is attentive to his customers. When the transaction was complete, Manny thanked me and wished me a good day. I did the same, and left, very satisfied with the wonderful experience I had at the store. I realize that this is a very limited experience, and I would have to go back a few more times to get a more accurate reading. But they made a very good first impression on me.
