When I took it back, the server poured out half, refilled my cup with tap water, and handed it back to me. I took it because I was hot--both weather wise and emotionally. Clearly, good customer service is not high on this other business's list. I've been to Smoothie King many times in the past and I felt confident that I would get what I ordered and it would be perfect. And it was!!
