(Can't remember his name to save my life rigjt now. Sorry!) We mentioned something wonky about mine, and the owner replaced it for the difference of what I paid on the original. I wound up with store credit that we applied to my husband's new mod. He was just as focused on my satisfaction rather than selling me the most expensive gear. Their juices are all commercially made. Although you can't have them make special blends, you do get a flavor consistency from bottle to bottle. This also provides a degree of safety to the customers. It should also be noted that they have a full "juice bar". Every flavor sold is available to sample with zero nicotine. They also provide mouth pieces for sanitation. Some shops may provide illicit substances in their mixes. This is especially important for military customers due to regular drug testing. My husband and I had been a tad worried about the potential for accidentally putting some in his juice. The sealed bottles here helped provide some reassurance in that department. I was in the shop when another customer told us about having an unexpected trip because of that very scenario.
