The owners are passionate about their mission and so dang nice that you'll be on cloud nine after visiting the space. All of their food is organic and vegan; basically food that you can feel good about! No artificial preservatives, what you see is what you get. My recommendations are the Acai Berry Blast smoothie and the Bliss Bowl, which is spicy tofu deliciousness! I took my first ever yoga class at Fresh Jax. To be honest, I had no clue what I was in for. Afterwards, I felt as if I achieved nirvana. I felt calm and relaxed, almost to the point of a high-like state. For newbies like myself, Fresh Jax has my stamp of approval! Although, they do offer advanced classes for experienced yogis, too. Truly, an eye-opening experience. I need to push myself to come here more frequently, because I felt unstoppable after my initial sessions. It doesn't get better than great people behind a great product. Love this place!

I attended their grand opening and was able to check out the store and studio that day. The yoga studio is huge and their entire staff was super friendly and helpful. They have a retail area with the products they've carried for years plus baked goods, juices, etc. They have some tables set up both inside and outside, too. The atmosphere is very cozy and comfortable. When I attended the grand opening, I was able to purchase 30 days of unlimited classes at a significantly discounted price. I live nearby and they offer a variety of classes so I jumped at the opportunity to check it out. I've taken yogalates and tabata so far and both were great. The instructors are super helpful and encouraging. Fresh Jax is such an asset to this part of town. I feel like places like this typically open out at the beach or in Riverside but I'm so glad we have this gem on the southside.

I just needed to buy a couple of things, one was organic bananas, but did take the opportunity to make a full circle to see if there were more items I wanted pick up. Well, I almost forgot here! I also needed to buy some organic lemon ginger tea - it seems to always be available at a Sprouts location when I need it! But autumn and winter aren't too far away at this point so it may be good to stay ahead on the purchasing of items like this. In walking around, I found the meats section, both counter and display, in stellar and attractive condition. I do buy meats at Sprouts on occasion from both areas and this one is clean with everything in good order. The vegetables area contains both non-organic and organic offerings. I try to stick with organics when I need them and, more than any other store, Sprouts always seems to have them. The unique thing about Sprouts from my perspective is that is seems to often have specialty items that other stores don't carry, especially in the vitamins section. They often carry neat food brands you won't find at many other places either. I will say things are pricey here no doubt. However, you can help yourself by getting the app and checking for coupons and when they have deals over the course of the year. I've saved some good money here doing that. Service here was good. I had read about the 14 Carrot Gold Juice Bar located inside Weise Natural Food Shoppe on their website so wanting to have an excellent Saturday morning adventure, I drove over to check it all out. Holy Wow! Who knew this place existed? Well, apparently a ton of people because when I arrived, the parking lot was full of cars and people were coming in and out up until closing. I was greeted by a super nice lady named Sue and she asked me if I needed any help. I told her I wanted to get a fresh carrot juice so she pointed the way to the back. When I got there, an equally sweet lady named Lisa told me that I could have my carrot juice plain or with celery, garlic, parsley or ginger added or however way I wanted it.
