I took my time with the menu and decided upon the Baja Beef Bowl. After I paid for it I received a frozen pre-packaged plastic wrapped meal. The meat was separated from the veggies. They do have a microwave on the premises for customers to use but it took a while for me to be able to use it as it was in use. I could have taken the meal with me, but I chose to heat it there and enjoy it. I like to read as I dine and the noise level plus only one large picnic table sent me to my car with my heated meal. The taste was above average but not extraordinary. Nothing I would crave and that would bring me back. They do have a program you can join and get discounts but I do think for people who haven't even tried their product they should not even mention this. It comes across as them trying too hard. I haven't gone onto their website to check the meal info. It is supposed to be clean and lean. I can say that the plastic dish I ate from had an oil residue coating it when I finished my meal so not sure on the lean aspect. So in conclusion I will probably not come back. There is just not enough positive to bring me back. I did have high hopes when I read "Lean Nation...Eat Clean" but from appearances I didn't see that. I definitely got my dose of plastic for the week. I never heat anything in my microwave in plastic that I will consume.

I wasn't a huge fan as it was blatantly obvious they're trying to sell their membership to you and it's somewhat annoying especially when you hadn't even tried their food. Too be honest, we're all pretty sick of subscription services entirely considering there's never really a perk of being a member anyways and now it's being done with more steps. In store they offer everything from total body scans, protein powders/shakes, meals to "clean" (hate that f*ing marketing talk and considering nothing is anymore) energy drinks which is a joke in itself. My review is going to be less on this location and more on the product they sell, as it is their bread and butter. And, the location is just fine and the people seem cool so there's really nothing to review. Anyways, I bit and bought a couple of meals from their athlete menu. I brought them home and kinda forgot about them for a few days. Decided to pop one in the microwave and give it a go. Firstly, I ended up having to nuke this thing to the likes of Hiroshima, putting it back in on high 3 times the length it called for. And no, my microwave does just fine. However, the trays these meals come in are kinda terrible. Also tried the oven and it did better, but that's because you have to scrape it out of the tray and transfer it into an oven safe receptacle. Also, the amount of water each meal produces is insane, it turned into more of a slop than anything. I've tried thawing them as well with almost no difference, still soggy. Now I got a few of these and too be honest am not looking forward to the rest of them. Let me break down why: Portion size: I got the "ATHLETE" size and I'm not a big guy but these must be third-world child athletes cause dayum. Can't really imagine how small the Lifestyle size is!?! Taste: Honestly, not much to write home about. Really tasted no different from a Marie Callender's/Lean Cuisine/Amy's etc...except you don't get the pie. Value: Really pushing it here as these without the membership for the athlete size were like $15/each. Think you get 10% off with the membership which is BS and kind of ridic considering that's still several $$$ more than the competition. Nutrition facts: Obviously every meal differs but I count calories hard and the fact that such a tiny portion from the athletes meal was 700+ calories, with an alleged 50 some grams of protein is insane considering more than 50% of my first meal came in the form of carbs, with another 30% of veggies leaving just a smidge of an actual protein. The meal app I use to track has an AI feature and just for kicks I ran it through and it identified each meal differently every time and it's usually pretty spot on. That tells you something about the presentation, as it looked nothing like the pictured meal you think you're getting. Instead more like slop I mentioned. Worst thing for me was after eating every meal so far, I was still hungry usually chasing them with a protein shake or bar (yuck). I love the idea, "clean" fresh food, but once I read the label and the means of how you cook it there's honestly nothing clean. The fact it's in a plastic tray with a plastic covering that you stick in the microwave defeats a big part of eating clean. You're nuking microplastics. Even taking it out, it's been cooked and put in plastic already so you're getting your weekly dosage if you like it or not. As for the actual ingredients, pretty good except rice/pea flours, xantham gums, potato starch (modified) so big ole D+ for the clean portion of these meals. As there's little value here, I'm not sure I'll come back. I like the idea of trying to compete on a more local level with the likes of Cook Unity/Factor/Gobble etc... and offering a store front. However, the fact that you now have real estate to cover reflects in the pricing as it's almost $5 more per meal compared to the aforementioned. As they're really just selling microwave meals under the guise of 'nutrition' and 'fitness' there isn't much here cause it's kinda far from that. Cool idea, kind crap execution as it's likely just another franchise that may not survive. Especially with the cost of everything these days. Hope you guys do well but I unfortunately don't see the vision!

GreenTeaHP, however, is quickly overcoming those barriers. It tastes great, is convenient and very accessible. Most importantly, its healthy ingredients are supported by verifiable scientific research. GreenTeaHP contains the right amount of EGCG, the antioxidant that is specific to green tea. This powerful antioxidant assists in neutralizing free radicals that produce harmful effects in your body. Free radicals are associated with aging, cancer, alcohol induced liver damage, smoking related diseases, and a host of other illnesses. Studies show that EGCG can play a key role in defending the health risks associated with free radicals, and is pivotal in repairing damage that creates even the most common of illnesses that plague the general population.
