It's more impressive because the manager left without notice so Brandon came from a different location and handled things like a rockstar even though items weren't well organized and he wasn't familiar with the layout of this location. I went in, unsure of what I wanted and he was so patient with me even though they were busy. I have several questions on a few different products and was indecisive but he took the time to explain everything and helped me choose the right items for what I needed. Now, if I need anything, I will make the drive to his location because I know that I can trust his suggestions and that he cares about people getting what they need without pushing extra products that aren't necessary.
