I am required post Dx of non-cancer Leukemia to have very specific supplements including Protein Drink, vitamins and more. I recently had what we think is only a second Traumatic Brain Injury and due to brain dysfunction again we've added to what my medical team demands....the guys care. I tried The Vitamin Shop at Lennox Station and no way will I go back....employees didn't care about me, couldn't answer questions where I could understand and never gave me the courtesy of follow up. Family tried to pick up my needed product in Grove City from the corporate store and it was a cluster. I spend big bucks each month and I deserve and need attention to my specific requirements....I get all that and more from Ben, Bobby and Jake. Smoothies are always really well-blended and tasty - and super-duper filling. Their 32oz can easily become a meal replacement that you're happy to drink. Never had any chunks or bad-tasting smoothies from here despite coming here regularly for months. The drive-thru can go a bit slow - mostly because making made-to-order, custom smoothies isn't necessarily a "fast" process. (A blender can only blend frozen ingredients so fast!) It doesn't help that many customers are new to the chain, and the smoothie options can be overwhelming, so it occasionally takes new customers awhile to order too. Staff is friendly, and I've always received great service. Protip: Want a "fast" smoothie? I recommend ordering ahead via the app (super easy!) and popping inside (ample parking right next to it!). I've never, ever seen another customer inside the store. If that's not an option (due to COVID closures or your own comfort), ordering ahead can be picked up at the drive-thru as well.
