The shakes are made with powder from a company called Herbalife. It's a protein power with natural supplements. I got hooked on this stuff because I have a lot of stress from work and lost 25 pounds from stress. I wanted to make sure I was healthy and stayed healthy so I started doing the health ease shakes.
