Elderberry is coming next week! Kambucha helps digestion and contributes to a feeling of well-being and relaxation, George says, and my short experience with it agrees. Plus it's just fun to drink. And for me, it seems to help stave off hunger pangs. The flavor is reminiscent of beer, but livelier and somewhat sweeter. And did I mention it's only 40 calories per 8 ounces! Everything Natural Too also has added a bakery counter with gluten-free products - chocolate tarts, apple nut tarts, coconut cookies...a fairly wide selection. It's a little hard to miss, however you can see it once you've entered the shopping center. Family owned and operated since 1987. Think of Whole Foods, much less busy, not a whole lot of rushing (which is a good thing) and you take your time to browse around the smaller store. The quiet and calm was cool, for a Thursday evening, not too shabby. We came across a lot of products we haven't seen before. Great options from a vast majority of gluten free to bring your own containers for pasta to help reduce waste. Plenty of signs to look at and read what we can do to be proactive with our bodies, lifestyle and the environment. I loved knowing this was a smaller scale.
