I am a regular customer of GNC and have been for many years. I have always found them very informative, and helpful, although the manager was sometimes a bit rude and impatient, but she knew her stuff. When they moved into the Westfield Centre however, it changed and not for the better. The manager had left and the other two girls soon followed, it is now a shambles and I no longer shop there. None of the staff know even the simplest and basic of things, they often are too busy on their mobiles or reading a magazine at the counter to care what I am doing. They make no effort to find the information I need and the stock is always too low. I cannot find what I need, the prices are too high and the offers have gotten worse. The management of this shop is appalling and I will no longer be shopping there. I have sourced a new supplier of my protein at a cheaper rate, and with the excellent customer service I used to receive at GNC.
