I was so disappointed with how we were treated by Art at Brocca Garages. Once he received our money…read moreof over $50,000, he washed his hands of us. He did not even do any type of final walk through when the job was finished; in fact, he didn't even let us know that the garage was finished. We had asked about a sealant to prevent water coming into the garage before it was built. One of the workers, I believe Art's son, said they used one. Art said that it wasn't necessary. The garage was built this summer, 2023, and we already have water coming in. I have made multiple attempts to reach out to Art via text and through the business phone via voicemail and never heard back. He basically ghosted us. It's hard to believe that a company that has been around this many years would do business this way.
