They got me in right away (when I called back the 2nd time to book, they came the same day!). Two nice guys showed up, were here for about 30 minutes, and cleaned the vent. I asked them to take pictures since the work was done in the attic, and I didn't go up there (see attached pics). We had not had them cleaned in about 4 years, and they needed it! On their way out, they quoted me to clean our HVAC vents, which I had not even thought of doing. I will definitely use them again.

No rush fees or weekend charges, just a simple fix. I sent pictures ahead of time. The guy was in and out in a half hour. I asked about the huge charge and someone called back promptly. He was very friendly but made it clear... that's our price. I live around the corner and I always like to work with my neighbors. I guess everyone isn't so neighborly.

The cleanup was done, but over a dozen very tall 50'-70' trees were in disrepair. I called Gary as this is one of his specialties. He sent a two man crew and in a full day of climbing, most of the limbs were repaired in order to produce new growth in 2013. They still are a shadow of there former selves, but I am hopeful the expert pruning will help aid in their recovery. Gary is a very trustworthy and professional.
