While there are some elements with TacoMingo that may not be appreciated by everyone (cheese whiz for nachos), there are plenty of elements that make up for it (house made tortilla chips, mole sauce, etc). I had a mole chicken burrito that was exactly the type of meal I have been missing from back in the US. My with had the mole chicken enchiladas and the roast veggie enchiladas. The veggie enchiladas were freshly prepared, meaning that the veggies were roasted when she ordered. This makes a huge difference in the quality of TacoMingo's food and we really wish we didn't live so far away. TacoMingo would be a weekly stop for us for sure if we lived anywhere near Næstved. Stop in if you are in the area or at the train station. Their prices are reasonable and the Mexican food will satisfy your craving! I didn't think to take a picture of my burrito before I ate it, but here's a picture of my empty plate after I devoured it.
