Didn't even get to book them before they tried to swindle us! If anyone knows Kings Cross St…read morePancras station, there is a drop off road between them on Pancras Road where many cab bays exist. This is because it's easy access to St Pancras and Kings Cross stations! But for Highgate taxis this is different. And it costs a £1 more from Highgate if it's St Pancras. How so? Before it was £13. They are deceitful and rude to top it off by hanging up. Not a great company.

They picked me up from the Stanted Airport recently and the fare was only £44 which i found very reasonable and cheap.

I was very unhappy with this cab company. I left my phone in the back seat of the cab (admittedly…read moremy own fault, although the driver could have helped me get out of the cab as I had a suitcase, two children and a dog to deal with). I rang them half an hour after discovering the loss but they refused to radio the cab drivers to try and trace the phone. I spoke to four different people over the next two days, none of whom had any record of the previous conversations I had had with their company. Some tried to claim they had no record of the booking and that they could not identify the driver. My phone is almost certainly lost without trace, thanks to their poor customer service. One employee actually started laughing at me when I rang to complain, although he did ring later and sound more apologetic. I wouldn't ever use this company again.

I booked with kabbee and my ride was terrible! The taxi was booked for 14:00 and I got into the…read moretaxi at 14:02. According to the drivers text message to my phone he arrived at 13:30 while I was still in the shower!! The driver was incompetent in driving me to my destination and getting us lost. He was continuously using his mobile phone texting while driving! We nearly had two RTAs and now I've received an email that the taxi company is charging me an extra £5 for a 15 minute wait!!! Perhaps your drivers should arrive on time when thy are booked for and not showing up 30 minutes early to my booking and THEN charging me an extra £5 to my card for a 15 minute wait that didn't happen. I will never, ever, ever be using this company in future nor recommending them to any colleagues, mates, or enemies! Despite filing my complaint with kabbee and Airport Direct I rec'd an auto reply message that a manager would be in touch. More than 24 hours I sent Airport Direct a follow up email that has gone unanswered! I am not one to write reviews on ANYTHING but I am appalled with their customer service, lack of problem resolving and doing absolutely nothing to refund me for their own error! Beware!! You might as well book with any taxi company BUT THIS ONE!!!
