I was very unhappy with this cab company. I left my phone in the back seat of the cab (admittedly my own fault, although the driver could have helped me get out of the cab as I had a suitcase, two children and a dog to deal with). I rang them half an hour after discovering the loss but they refused to radio the cab drivers to try and trace the phone. I spoke to four different people over the next two days, none of whom had any record of the previous conversations I had had with their company. Some tried to claim they had no record of the booking and that they could not identify the driver. My phone is almost certainly lost without trace, thanks to their poor customer service. One employee actually started laughing at me when I rang to complain, although he did ring later and sound more apologetic. I wouldn't ever use this company again. read more
