I got this sense of clarity which I was looking for which helped me with lot of my questions. This was my first session of this sort, so I had no idea what to expect. Jen made feel really comfortable and guide me towards the areas of concerns I had and helped me understand what should I except and what could be the outcome. The session itself was really something and I am so glad that I found her. I would highly recommend her and look forward to do more sessions with her.

It is in an office building but it's not noisy at all. She has a location in the back so you forget offices are around you. She always asks if I want her to focus on any particular areas and actually does that. Shu also offers different techniques so just ask. Honestly, its more quiet than most spas I have been too. You don't hear people talking in other rooms or walking down a hallway. As for the massage, the pressure is perfect for me. If she needs to go deeper, she does. If a place is more sensitive she is cautious of it. She really listens to your feedback. I enjoy the hot towels and heating pads. Another thing I have been impressed with is how she handled COVID. She keeps a very clean room. Its only you at your appointment time which makes me feel comfortable. She is very cautious for her clients health. Which I appreciate. In short, if you are looking for a great massage I highly recommend Ohana Healing Arts.

Julie helped me work through deep layers of lingering trauma I had already started working through. She helped me move a lot of the stagnant energy, find balance, see how I was being supported by Spirit and gave me practical tools and channeled mantras/affirmations to help me move forward in grace and compassion. I felt so comfortable and at ease working with Julie throughout the entire process. I feel her healing was a massive catalyst into transmuting that trauma and coming into wholeness. Thank you! I cannot express enough gratitude for you and the integrity and effectiveness of your healing. Ive been on cloud nine for almost a week now since our session.
