It was mentioned that he understands life happens and if a certain month doesn't work out, he's always willing to help out and will come back when we're ready. This is a company that I want to keep working with and not to mention the owner is an extremely friendly guy. The first spray of the house killed most of the crickets and bugs that we were starting to get bombarded with. A few were hiding so he came back the next month and got rid of the rest of them.
