The facility is clean and the staff is so nice. As I am Hispanic, I love that the women taking care of the infants are all Hispanic (personal preference). I love that they immediately told me all of the things they would need to care for him and that everything should be labeled. The fact that they need several changes of clothes, bibs, sheets, towels to keep him clean is a huge comfort for me. The fact that they requested detailed info about my son and what helps soothe/ease him etc is amazing. As a mom a big concern for me is leaving my baby with a stranger all day that doesn't know what he likes/dislikes. Also the fact that they have an app to communicate and send photos/updates throughout the day is so so great. They also include formula/baby food with is a huge plus. I honestly couldn't be happier. If you need a place for your kids and the location works for you I definitely recommend you check them out. I work with the high school students and love every aspect of it. Seeing how they start the program as shy freshmen and later graduate high school with about 50 new USY friends and achieving their goal of becoming a board member is extremely gratifying. The program is intended to teach kids about the values of life, making new friends and making the right decisions. We help them choose colleges, write their entrance essays and even help them find a summer job to pay off their first car. The memories I have as a USYer were enough to make me want to work with the program after graduation. It's values are as strong today as they were when I was a kid.
